On select Sundays of every month, Madame Saito invites parents to bring their child(ren) to explore the world of making sushi. This two hour event includes an introduction to Japanese culture involving the history of sushi and the proper way of eating sushi. Madame Saito will personally walk you through the basics of making sushi including three hosi-maki (regular roll) and two ura-maki (reverse roll) with vegetables, tuna, salmon, california roll, philadelphia roll etc. This is definitely a hands on festivity that the whole family can enjoy!
