Learn Japan’s favorite culinary art form with Philadelphia’s own Queen of Sushi, Madame Saito. Whether you plan to compete in the "Subaru Sushi Samurai of the Year Competition" or just want to learn how to craft delicacies at home, these classes are the first step on the road to maki mastery. Classes will be held throughout the festival and will be a deliciously enjoyable lesson for everyone from sushi novices to seasoned sushi makers. Dates and times for the classes are listed below, the sushi-making competition will be held at 12:30 pm on Sakura Sunday.
